Return Policy

Items purchased from www.archaeologymeetsdesign.com can in most cases be returned within 30 days of receipt. During this period, you can try and evaluate the products as you would in a physical store. When you want to return a product, it must be in the same condition as when you received it, without any damage. You may remove products from the packaging unless the packaging is sealed. If you choose to return products, we ask you to report this in advance by filling in the return form on our website or by using the withdrawal model below. You can also notify us by sending an email to: info@archaeologymeetsdesign.com. Please note that you must return products within 14 days of informing us. Processing your return After we have received your return, we will start assessing the returned items and processing your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you used during the purchase, unless otherwise requested. The amount will be refunded within 7 days. The shipping costs for the return are for your own account, and amount to a maximum of €19,20. Items that cannot be returned The following types of items cannot be returned:
  • Products that are custom made to buyer’s specifications
  • Services initiated with the buyer’s consent.
  • Perishable goods or products with a limited shelf life
  • Products that cannot be returned after opening for hygiene reasons
