We always send the order form by e-mail after you have completed the payment and order. You can also view your order when you log in to your account. Didn't create an account? Send us an e-mail with your name, your order number and the date of your order.
We have different rates for shipping, depending on the total amount and weight of your order, the carrier and the delivery address. In Belgium there is free shipping from 70 euros, in the Netherlands and Luxembourg from 100 euros and in Germany and France from 150 euros.
When your order is prepared for shipment you will receive an e-mail with a Track & Trace code with which you can track your shipment. You will receive another e-mail when your order is on its way.

Yes, you can return the goods in the original and unused condition within 30 days of receipt. You don't have to give a reason for this, but we would appreciate it if you let us know why the order doesn't meet your expectations.
You must inform us of your return product prior to the return. You can do this by sending an e-mail to info@archaeologymeetsdesign.com. Do not forget to mention your order number.
The article must be sufficiently stamped. You can return the article to: archaeology meets design – All-Archeo bv, Woestijnstraat 45, 2880 Bornem, Belgium.
We recommend that you keep proof of shipment. Archeology meets design is not responsible for theft or damage during shipment.
Return the item in the original product packaging, unused and undamaged.

Only sufficiently stamped returns will be accepted. Insufficient or unstamped returns will be refused and will be returned to sender.

The delivery times for parcels vary per country between 1 and 10 working days. These periods do not take into account the duration of any customs process in the country of destination.
